Dr. Randall Tozer is an experienced ophthalmologist and treats a variety of eye problems including cataract surgery, glaucoma, retinal disease, and corneal problems.
Educated at Dartmouth College (1975) and Southern Illinois University's School of Medicine (1978), Dr. Tozer completed his first residency in internal medicine at the Miriam Hospital at Brown University (1981). He then completed his ophthalmology residency at the Kresge Eye Institute (1984) at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Tozer is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Tozer is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a member of the Maricopa County Medical Society, the Arizona Ophthalmologic Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Tozer is regularly recognized by Phoenix Magazine as a TOP DOC and is one of four ophthalmologists in Phoenix to have achieved at least ten selections as TOP DOC.
Dr. Tozer resides in Paradise Valley. He enjoys hiking and spending time with his three grown children and eight grandchildren.
