What to Expect at Your Visit

Your evaluation is exceptionally thorough to ensure we design a personalized vision correction plan tailored specifically to your eyes and lifestyle. Please plan to be with us for approximately 2 to 3 hours.

During your visit, our team will perform:

1. Advanced Diagnostic Testing: Precise measurements and mapping of your visual system.

2. Comprehensive Eye Examination: A detailed health check of your eyes.

3. Personalized Consultation: A direct conversation with your care team to review your vision correction options and answer all of your questions.

How to Prepare for Your Visit

• Arrange a Driver: Because your eyes will be heavily dilated during this exam, your vision will be temporarily blurry and sensitive to light. We recommend arranging for a driver to take you home safely.

• Complete Your Paperwork in Advance: Please download and complete your required patient paperwork prior to your appointment and bring it with you to save time at check-in.

• Dry Eye Prep: For optimal surgical measurements, please use preservative-free artificial tears (e.g., Refresh, Systane, or iVizia) 3 to 4 times daily for one week prior to your visit.

• Contact Lenses: If you wear contact lenses, please ensure you have discontinued wearing them as instructed by our office prior to your measurement appointment.
