Dr. Tozer is a board certified ophthalmologist who has been in private practice since 1984 in the Scottsdale area. In March of 2006 he relocated his practice to North Scottsdale at 9811 N 95th St, Suite 101.

The office is just north of Mountain View Rd on 95th St and is easily accessible from Loop 101 off the 90th St or Shea exits. Or if you wish to avoid the freeway, take Hayden to Mountain View east to 95th St. We have ample parking just steps from the main entrance.
